Jide Ogundimu

Jide Benjamin Ogundimu is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with substantial legal experience in areas such as Corporate, Company and Commercial Law including the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, Landlord and Tenant Law, Probate, Wills, Resealing, Employment Law, Debt Recovery, Civil Litigation and Data Protection.

He acts for various corporations, companies and individuals in commercial and property transactions, contracts and is also very experienced in the formation and operation of corporations, including corporate governance, and employment law.

He has considerable experience with working and acting for many registered social landlords in the United Kingdom, primarily local authorities and housing associations, where he was additionally involved in housing management issues. He was engaged in several landmark local authority cases, which involved disrepair and anti-social behaviour matters. He is therefore adept with presence in the public eye along with a congenial manner in dealing with members of the public.

Jide has also worked as a senior consultant at McKenzie Brackman and salaried partner at Brightway Solicitors both were located in London. He lectured LLB students of the University of London on Tort and Contract Law and currently arranges and provides training courses for organisations in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He also plays the role of an expert in litigation matters, advising courts in other jurisdictions within his areas of expertise.

He is also a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, called over 33 years ago.
